It saddens me to address this issue but I don’t believe things will get better on their own. The nation’s litter problem has improved in cities but elsewhere, Vietnam’s garbage problem only seems to be getting worse.

The People’s Committee of Binh Dinh Province has promulgated the Document No.2841 on organizing activities responding to the “Make the world cleaner” Campaign, aiming to encourage the nature protection and preservation as well as the biodiversification development.
